Corrections Policy

Accuracy is essential to a publication that warns readers about risk.

Material factual errors are corrected promptly in all four language versions. A visible correction note states what changed and when. If an official source revises a figure, we update the value and identify the source revision.

Minor spelling or formatting errors may be corrected without a notice. An opinion is not removed merely because it is disputed, but any factual premise supporting it is corrected wherever it appears.

We do not alter an original publication date simply to make an article appear new.
